The Weld Re-8 School District is seeking volunteers from the parent community to participate in the interview process for the Superintendent of Schools. Volunteers must be available for the following events:

Interview Training Session: A two-hour training on April 14th, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Interview Day: A full day of interviews on April 23rd, 2025, starting at 8:00 AM. Each interview will last 60 minutes, followed by a team evaluation to assess the candidate’s strengths and identify any considerations for the Board of Education (BOE). The feedback collected will be presented to the BOE and will be given significant weight in the selection of the finalist(s).
Interview Team Composition
Each interview team will consist of:

3 parent/community members

2 students
