Fall is around the corner. It’s amazing to think that we have been in school for a little over a month. We are
looking forward to providing each student with the best instruction and a safe place to learn.
Fort Lupton High School Homecoming
We hope families will watch the homecoming parade on Friday, September 25th and afterwards attend the
Homecoming Carnival between Butler and Fort Lupton High School, prior to the football game. Wristbands can
be purchased for $15 prior to the event or at the event for $20. See the additional flier for more details

Class Dojo
Families please be aware that class dojo is a communication tool for teachers to share whole class information
with families. When you private chat with the teacher, they may not respond immediately. Our staff are with
students from 8:20am until 3:45pm. Their access to messages or to check dojo during the instructional day is
very limited. Also know that after hours communication may not be responded to until the next school day.
Student messages, attendance, health information and drop off and pick up information should go to the office.

Who to Contact
We value the connections and contacts we are able to make with students and families. If there is a concern
we ask families to contact the teacher first with the concern. If the concern is unresolved or seems to be
bigger than a classroom concern please contact the Principal, Dr. Rosasco. We are available via in-person,
emails, phone calls or messaging through Class Dojo. It takes a team to ensure students are safe and
learning and we appreciate your partnership.
Parking Lot Traffic
School parking lots are very busy. Please ensure students exit vehicles from the Hug and Go lane or from the
parked vehicle. Also please respect the spaces and places with the parking lot and on the street. Thank you
for using the crosswalk with your student.
Attendance
Our school goal for attendance is 95%. This means ALL students are present for 95% of the days. We will be
rewarding students who meet this goal from Sept 14-Oct 9th with a free ticket to a Colorado Rapids game.
Please see the additional flier for more details. Attendance is taken in the classrooms at 8:30am.
School Hours
Any student on school property before 8:10am is under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not
have staff on duty until the doors open at 8:10am in which students will be directed to the cafeteria for
breakfast. Classrooms will be accessible at 8:20am for students not eating breakfast.
